    The Committee Energy, Industry and Labor, Economic Development and Small Business moves to amend the bill, on page 20, section 7, line 4, by striking the word “four" and inserting in lieu thereof the word “three”; and

    On page 20, section 7, following line 5, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (2), to read as follows:

    “(2) The largest labor organization in the state shall appoint one member;” and to renumber the remaining subdivisions; and

    On page 21, section 7, line 23, after the word “Commerce”, by inserting a comma and the following: “the largest labor organization in the state”.
